Arrive at the airport, the driver will pick-up for private or joint transfer to the hotel. Proceed to the hotel for check in (2 pm – 3 pm onwards). Free and easy with own activity. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed with Orientation Tour of Reykjavik, the northernmost capital in the world to discover the world-renowned city that is rich with culture, history, and natural beauty on all fronts. After this, head to the Árbær Open Air Museum to discover Reykjavik early history preserved in a series of lovingly-restored homes. Then, head to the Blue Lagoon, where the powers of geothermal seawater create transformational spa journeys. The lagoon is surrounded by a rugged lava field and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Later, dinner at a restaurant/collect packed food. At night, experienced catching a glimpse of the Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis, outside the city of Reykjavik. Discover the dancing lights of various shapes appear in the sky like arcs, coronas, bands, and rays. Back to the hotel and overnight. After breakfast, proceed with Guided Tour of the Golden Circle. Head to Thingvellir National Park to enjoy the view of a rift valley caused by the separation of 2 tectonic plates, with rocky cliffs and fissures before heading to Geysir; one of the favourites stop along the Golden Circle and is highly active Geysir Hot Spring Area with boiling mud pits and exploding geysers. Continue the tour to Gullfoss (Golden Falls) and then visit Fridheimar Greenhouse for a tour in the greenhouse. Gain an insight into the processes of greenhouse horticulture and how it should be possible to grow vegetables in cold climate. Also includes an exhibition about the use of geothermal heating in Icelandic horticulture. Later, proceed to Kerid Crater, which was formed about 6,500 years ago and lies in the Iceland ́s Western Volcanic Zone. Head back to Reykjavik. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel. Attractions; Thingvellir National Park, Geysir Hot Spring, Gullfoss Waterfall, Freidheimer, Kerid Crater Golden Circle
After breakfast, proceed to Hvolsvöllur to visit LAVA Centre; an interactive educational exhibition revealing the science and aesthetics of Iceland’s spectacular geological features. Then, continue the journey to Seljalandfoss to see a breath-taking view of waterfalls with 60-meter drops over the ancient sea cliffs that were once Iceland’s coastline is now a landmass formed because of volcanic activity. Free and easy around the area. Continue tour to Skogafoss and Skogar Museum to learn more about Iceland’s history. Head back to Reykjavik. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at hotel. Attractions; Lava Centre, Seljalandsfoss, Skogafoss, Skogar Museum
After breakfast, proceed with free and easy activities at own leisure. Head back to the hotel at own pace. Overnight at the hotel.
