We Design Your Journey

Our team reviews your request and crafts a personalised itinerary — including accommodation options, daily programme, transfers, and a transparent pricing breakdown.

We draw on our network of trusted suppliers, guides, and hoteliers. Every hotel recommendation has been personally vetted. Every itinerary is built to allow time for prayer, rest, and exploration — not just ticking boxes.

STEP 03At your pace

Review, Adjust, Confirm

We present your proposal. You review it, ask questions, and request changes. We iterate until it feels exactly right — then you confirm and we begin bookings.

There is no pressure to accept the first version. We expect to go back and forth. Hotels can be swapped, days reorganised, activities added or removed. The proposal is a starting point, not a take-it-or-leave-it offer.

We Handle All Bookings

Once confirmed, we secure all supplier bookings — flights, hotels, transfers, guides, and any extras. You receive full documentation including vouchers, itinerary, and emergency contacts.

We manage the logistics so you don't have to. If anything changes — a flight reschedule, a hotel issue — we deal with it directly with the supplier. You stay informed without being burdened.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get a proposal?

We aim to send your first proposal within 1–3 business days of receiving your enquiry. Complex bespoke itineraries may take a little longer — we'll always let you know.

Is there a cost to enquire?

No. Enquiring and receiving a proposal is completely free. You only pay when you confirm and we begin securing bookings.

Can I make changes after confirming?

Minor changes are usually possible depending on supplier flexibility. Major changes close to the travel date may incur amendment fees from suppliers — we'll always be upfront about this.

Are all meals halal?

Yes. Halal meals are arranged by default across all our tours and packages. We only work with suppliers who can accommodate this. If you have specific dietary requirements beyond halal, let us know in your enquiry.

Do you handle visa applications?

We provide guidance on visa requirements for your destination and can assist with documentation. For destinations requiring formal visa applications, we work with trusted visa agents and can connect you with them.

What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?

You have a direct contact at NEXTRIP throughout your trip. If anything goes wrong — a supplier issue, a missed connection, an emergency — contact us directly and we'll work to resolve it immediately.

Do you offer travel insurance?

We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips and can connect you with our trusted insurance partners. We don't sell insurance directly, but we won't let you travel without recommending it.

Can you arrange group travel for more than 20 people?

Yes — we regularly handle groups of 20–80+ people for both leisure and corporate travel. Large group logistics are something we do well. Use our Bespoke Journey form and select the Corporate or Educational segment.
